Hi all! After having spent the last 4 months vetting loan-homes for Milli ( a mammoth task I can tell you, but then i am dead picky about who she goes to) She is now going on loan to Brackenhurst College to be their resident mule. As she is leaving I want to insure her for vet care (I'm already with the BHS for liablity insurance) but have found that most insurance companies won't take mules only horses and ponies. Can anyone recommend a reasonable insurance company that takes mules?

Hi,

Pet Plan cover mules and if you set up the policy by phone they actually have "mule" on their pull-down list of "breeds".

They have - so far at least - paid up very nicely for Moon's astronomical claims (getting on for £5k in the first year what with the shipping fever & the panosteitis work-up)

Good luck!
