Hi Everyone

I was given this forum from a lovely person on here, as her suggestion to find anywhere in Wales or England that does mule trekking.

My husband and I ride as much as we can, and we have wanted to try mules for a while but we cant seem to find anywhere that offers trekking.
We live in South Wales, but we would be willing to travel to be able to have a go.
We hear such amazing things about how solid and intelligent mules are and we just want to experience some of this for ourselves.

Any information that anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks much for your time.

Best regards

Honeybee :D

Hello & welcome!!!

Well that's quite task you have set us, the nearest I can think of is the lady (? in South Wales) - someone here will know her name - whom I think someone else once told me ran logging courses using her mules? So if that is true, then not trekking but out in the open air with mules....!

Susannah Powel you're thinking of elkay but I can't work out how to contact her apart from going through Longears and co (Helen Brodie in Lincs)as she got her youngster from her.
Alastair fraser hasn't talked for a while but he might oblige

Thanks oodles of this. I will contact the Longears and inquire with them.

Its certainly a task alright, but I am determined to conquer.

Thanks again for your help, I will let you know how it goes.

Ciao
