I apologise for this, as it is not a mule, but I am just so proud of my new baby - a donkey
She was born on Friday 19th June. Her name is Pemperow Pebbles.
Sorry for the photo overload (but I could have posted more!!)
Just a hour old there.
The reason he has that name was because I found him collapsed in the field a few days later!I managed to get him up eventually and went in to call the vet as I had had the same thing happen a few years ago and the vet had come out but it had died on the way to the surgery.
I went back and the foal was collapsed again in the barn, spark out.I tried to revive it but although its eyes were open nothing was in.Mu was very possessive and getting worried pawing at it and rolling it over fro side to side but it did not move.
I rang the vet back to tell her not to bother and mindful of the advice not to remove the foal for 24hrs I left her in peace.Next afternoon I went out with a shovel and it was out in the field suckling off her!.....I could 've killed it,little pest

Read that recently Jinglejoys, and what a cutie. Have you any newer photos of him?
My first photo shows Pebbles at approx 3 hours. She is now a lot bigger, noticeably so already!! galloping around the field, eating grass and straw, dancing on an old muckheap!! She really is such a time waster, but after having my 14 yo dog put down a week before her birth, she is a great distraction.
He is gorgeous Jinglejys. So well put together and sturdy. More photos of Pebbles?
I knew you would say yes
